I'm gonna make, make make you do a Double Take

Here is my review of Thirty-One's September Hostess Exclusive Double Take Tote!
First off let me start by same BAM!!! How AWESOME is the new font!
Style number 78

Now that my favorite part is out of the way, let me tell you WHY I love this bag :)

So it's called a double take tote....why is that you ask, because it is one bag with two looks, I like that much more than say "hey look at my reversible bag"

Look one
Black Quilted

Look Two
 Black and White Cheveron

It's got pockets galore, I think someone said 16 either way I didn't count them! I just know its enough to organize everything!
I used my hand to show how deep it is , and how much room you have in it.

Even a thermal zipper pouch! 31 thinks of everything right!
There is a hook for your keys as well.

Overall the functionality of this bag is amazing!!! I can't wait to use it for our upcoming trip to Disney!!!

Friday, Friday.... my happy dance

It's Friday Yall! This week has been a busy one with my consignment sale with Little Bird Lane and working it, plus our regular crazy busy life. This morning we had another juice with no name! Why do they do this to me? Don't they know I need a name! This one has been MY FAVORITE !!! It is to be named "Orange you glad its my favorite" (this yields 2 servings)
2 oranges
1 lemon
2 apples
1 inch of ginger

It even looks yummy !!

I even was able to get in yoga and dinner in the crockpot too :)

This is the look my dog gives me during yoga! lol I feel like he is saying you are doing that all wrong!

A day to remember !

I start todays post with lots on my mind as I am sure many Americans feel. I have a heavy heart as I think about all that has changed since this day 13 years ago. I remember where I was in life at that moment. I sure did not know the impact that this one day would have on my life. Who would have thought I would marry into the Marine Corps. I was never one to be overly patriotic or push my beliefs on anyone, or show my political side. Over those 13 years I first hand have witness death, sadness, loneliness and heartache....all because of this one event. I pray every night for this world we live in to be a safe place for my family. I see many people choosing not to take their kids to school today, I took my daughter to school, she was sporting her American Flag bracelet, I explained to her the significance of today. I told her about her daddy and what he does to help keep us safe and keep events like that from ever happening again. I believe that I can not shield her from the unexpected, I can not keep her in bubble, we don't know what is to come, that is why we have FAITH! I have faith in knowing that whatever comes of today I treated it as a normal day, not scared of what is to come. With that being said may we never forget 9/11

Todays Juice Tales! lol Today we slept in a little 0600 ! YAY I still managed to everything but my Yoga, so that will happen later in the day :)

Todays had no title that I can find, so I decided on making my own! don't laugh

Carrot Bliss! (2 servings)

6 Carrots
2 Apples
1 sweet potato

I must admit I call this bliss simply because it actually tasted VERY good!!!  It was sweet enough that I didn't feel deprived! I also was was so excited about it I forgot to snap a picture, until it was almost gone ! So here it is :)

I thought I would all share a recipe I made last night for dinner :)

We are just juicing fools!

So we made it to day 3! Yay! Ok, so for the last three days I have woke up with a smile on my face at 4:30/4:45 fixed the hubs and I a drink, did some yoga and finished cleaning up the house and got ready all before 7:30 when its time to wake the kids! What I have learned from this is rather interesting and somewhat motivating! For the first time in...oh I don't know FOREVER....I have ME TIME! Yes it may be at the expense of my sleep but let me just say it is worth it! I am so much happy and maybe its the juice that gives me extra benefits and maybe its all in my head, who knows but none the less I feel good and am proud of what I have accomplished! Now the hard part... keeping it up! So my challenge to myself is to hold myself accountable, yes things are going to come up, yes we are going to stay out late and no I am not saying I ALWAYS will do my yoga or wake up that early, but what I am holding myself to is NOT to fall into the rut of not even trying! Its ok to cheat every now and again, its ok to sleep til 9AM. I am challenging myself to not let that ONE day ruin the next 15! To take a stand and say this is not a diet/workout routine, but to say this is my LIFE and I want to live to be 150 and see my grandchildren and my great grandchildren. I want to run and play with my kids! I want to be a more healthy, happy person! and for me getting up and enjoying some quiet time by myself/or with the hubs if his time permits is ALL worth it!!! So here's to keeping it up :)

todays juice was the lovely "Morning Glory "
So whats the story with this morning glory! Well one might say not too glamorous...lol just kidding its not too bad it was my first time juicing a beet so that may have something to do with it! lol

Morning Glory Recipe (this recipe only yields one serving)
2 carrots
1 beet
2 oranges

So today along with my yoga I found this Plank Challenge on Pinterest! I will be trying it, as I hope you might join along with me too! I mean how hard can it be ....

Oh just getting my 20 second plank on! :)

Hope you have a fantastic day :) for us here its raining so I will leave you with this sweet picture of my babies

The Juice Life Day 2

So, we have officially made it two days of juicing!! Today was much better than yesterdays green muck! Today we tried Rise and Shine!!! Yes at 4:45 I NEED something called Rise and Shine!  MUCH MUCH better than yesterdays! (In my opinion)

Yeah yeah yeah....doesn't look to glamorous but I promise its not bad!
Here is what we used!
Rise and Shine ! (by the way this makes two servings)
5 ounces of Spinach
2 Apples
2 Carrots
2 Celery sticks
1/2 Lemon
2 inches of Ginger

So Overall Y'all, I know its only day two but my energy level is through the roof! Yesterday I did 30 minutes of Pilates and took an 1 1/2 walk/run, I am working my run back up...life got crazy and I got LAZY!!!

Today! after waking up before the SUN and enjoying my rise and shine, I have already knocked out my workout  of 30 minutes of Pilates, made dinner, showered , got the kids ready and off to school .... all this before 8:45AM! It is amazing what one can do when they wake up early!

Bahahaha!!! YES ...I do Denise Austin!!! She's amazing what can I say I am an 80's baby all the way!

So Here is our crockpot dinner, tonight I have the consignment sale, MC has gymnastics and my husband doesn't get out of school tip 5:45 so Tuesday are our Crockpot nights....Did I mention my husband sells advocare and is on the 24 day challenge....ok add a kink in to easy dinner plans, geeeezzz now I have to be healthy! well here is my Healthy Advocare 24 day challenge approved dinner

Crockpot Chicken Tacos
Chicken Crockpot Tacos
2 lbs chicken boneless chicken tenderloins
1.5  cans of rinsed and drained black beans
1 can of rinsed and drained corn
1 med sized red onion
1-2 packets of reduced sodium taco seasoning
a sprinkle or two of cinnamon

Place everything in crock pot in the morning.   The chicken doesn't even need to be thawed.   I usually cook on high for about 5 hours.   If I'm home, I'll stir everything around every hour or so. Reduce heat to low for an hour or two.  Again, if you aren't home, no biggie.   About 30 min. before you are going to serve, shred the chicken with two forks.   It should shred easily.    Reduce heat to keep warm and let that marinate for a few minutes. Serve over spinach

Hope you enjoy! gotta run...life is happen right before my eyes!

Well as with many things I have changed my mind! I am busy yall! I mean busy, running around taking care of everyone but myself. I am drained and physically the thought of exercise anymore has me exhausted. I was desperate to find a way to get my energy back! I am still nursing our son and was really worried with certain products and decided to go for a natural way! So today I began juicing.

We started our morning together at 4:45AM YAY!!! We went for THE GREEN MACHINE!!!
Hoping for a good energy boost!

1 Large Cucumber
8 Stalks of celery
1 handful of kale
1handful of Spinach
